Hot yoga

all levels vinyasa

Link yoga and breath to attain balance of mind and body. Vinyasa aligns a deliberate sequence of poses with the breath to achieve a continuous flow. This class is designed for all levels and offers adjustments and assists so you can take the class at your own pace.

vinyasa level 1 / 2

Find strength, flexibility and freedom in the body and mind through sequential movement and poses linked by breath. This practice includes sun salutations, back bends, inversions, forward bends and twists and is designed for yogis with a regular practice.

Vinyasa level 2

Take your practice to the next level. This empowering flow explores the fundamentals of an advanced practice in a safe and fun environment. and for students who want to explore and move toward advanced postures, like active back bends, inversions and arm balances.

bikram inspired yoga

This class is inspired by Bikram yoga and specifically designed to warm and stretch muscles. Expect to be led through a series of postures in a systematic structure that promotes muscle tone, good health and a sense of well being.

happy hour

Decompress from your day and reduce your stress while increasing flexibility and strength though yoga flow. This chill class will transform you to a new state of mind as you enter the evening and prepare for the next day. Happy hour classes are cash or class pass only | $10.

Hour of power

Build your endurance by moving quickly through an energetic class where poses are held for only three to five breaths. Classes include lots of vinyasas (a series of poses done in sequence), but are flexible and different every time, with an emphasis on strength and flexibility.

 

Warm

Beginner vinyasa

Explore the foundations of vinyasa by linking breath to movement and flow. This class offers adjustments and modifications and designed for new and seasoned yogis who want to break down poses and alignment at a slower pace, with a little less heat than our heated vinyasa classes.

Community flow

Our newly certified yoga teachers will lead you through an all levels yoga flow, linking breath to movement while offering a variety of modifications. Community classes are cash or class pass only | $5.

easy & restorative

Practice mindfulness of breath, movement and thoughts. This class is a deeply calming and gentle practice using the teachings of yin, restorative and somatic yoga. It focuses on passive stretching with longer holds and the assistance of props, bolsters and blankets.

slow flow

Move gracefully from one pose to the next uniting breath with movement. This is a slower-paced practice where movement and flow is incorporated, but poses are held for a longer period of time to target the connective tissues (such as the ligaments) rather than focusing on the muscles.

This class is for everyone. New to yoga? Don’t let that stop you from trying something new. Practicing for years? Come back to the basics and focus on the foundation. Build the strength and confidence to start your practice or take it deeper.

This class is designed for all levels with adjustments and assists offered to take the class at your own pace.

beginner yoga

This slower-paced flow class geared towards those new to yoga or preferring a slightly gentler class. Time is spent breaking down poses fundamental to a yoga practice. Props and modifications are offered for proper alignment and ease in the postures.

gentle yoga

Move away from strength or extreme flexibility and enjoy stretching and stillness of mind. This class includes a series of postures with a guided alignment and inward focus of the mind and breath. Tune into your body through prop-supported postures with an emphasis on stretching, without raising your heart rate.

lunch yoga express

Short on time, but you want to get up and move? This 45-minute lunch express is perfect for busy yogis who want to sneak in a little mid-day movement. You'll get back to your day feeling energized and ready to tackle any afternoon challenges! Lunch express is only $10 to drop in or class pass.

Prenatal yoga

Our prenatal yoga series goes beyond simply modifying yoga poses. We celebrate community and strive to make your pregnancy as comfortable as possible. The classes are uniquely designed to support a healthy pregnancy and an empowered birth experience.
