So, you're definitely not a beginner anymore. Are you looking to bridge the gap towards an advanced practice? To restoke your fire? To shakes things up? This is the class for you for you.
Level 2 is a deep-diving, empowering flow class where the fundamentals of an advanced practice are learned in a safe and fun environment.
In this class we explore some of the universal concepts of inquiry, alignment and effort in the body — the big ideas of how to move better, advance mindfully and work efficiently. We build the basic framework for safe and sustainable advanced postures and techniques by discovering their gateway poses, transitions and integrating basic biomechanics and mindset.
We also deepen our understanding of the practice with history, meditation and theory woven delicately throughout our class. Expect an extended meditation sometimes enhanced with tools such as sounds, chants or guidance.
Part asana lab, part personal exploration. Expect to sweat, laugh, learn & be challenged!
