Our prenatal yoga series goes beyond simply modifying yoga poses. We celebrate community and strive to make your pregnancy as comfortable as possible.
The classes are uniquely designed to support a healthy pregnancy and an empowered birth experience.
Larissa is an E-RYT500 yoga teacher and birth doula. She combines the art of yoga with her love of science, the human body, and sense of humor. Her focus and knowledge on breath, body awareness, and self-care take a therapeutic approach to yoga and the birthing process.
This is a four week series, every Monday from 6:00 to 7:15 p.m. beginning on Oct. 7 through Oct. 28 at our South Dartmouth location. It’s $55 for all four sessions or $15 to drop-in to any session. Capacity is limited, so registration in advance is recommended.
